Apartment blocks and residences

One network for the building, a plan per flat, paid the way your tenants already pay.

The problem

Every flat buys its own modem and its own data; the building carries five weak signals and nobody to call when one dies.

A landlord who wants to offer internet has no way to bill it per flat, or to stop one household eating the whole line.

What we install

  • One uplink sized to the building, satellite or fibre, on our monitoring.
  • Access points per floor, cabled, not a modem on a shelf.
  • A private network per flat where the layout allows, guest WiFi for the common areas.
  • Fair use per flat, so one household never starves the rest.

What tenants get

  1. 01

Each flat signs in once with a phone number; every device in the flat follows.

  2. 02

A monthly plan per flat, paid with Mobile Money in the app, or included in the rent on one building invoice.

  3. 03

Plans from Lite to Max, top up any time, honest speeds.

What you earn

The building earns a share of every plan sold on its WiFi, or takes the line at a building rate and includes it in the rent. Tenants get a connection with someone to call.
