Turn on alerts

Alerts reach you on your phone even when the app is closed. They are how you hear that a plan is ending or that a payment landed.

1. 1Open your profile in the app and go to Notifications.
2. 2Turn on alerts. Your phone will ask for permission to send them.
3. 3Tap Allow. If you tap Block by accident, you will have to turn notifications back on for Kontri in your browser or phone settings.
4. 4You can turn any kind of alert off again on the same screen.

On iPhone, alerts only work once Kontri is on your home screen. Add it first, then turn alerts on from the home screen app.
