The WiFi page will not open

Phones open that page automatically, and sometimes they do not. Every case below is fixable from your own phone.

1. 1Open your browser and type kontriwifi.com yourself. That reaches the same page the phone was meant to show you.
2. 2If the page still does not load, turn WiFi off and on again, and wait a moment for the network to come back.
3. 3Check that you joined the KontriWiFi network and not a neighbouring one with a similar name.
4. 4If the page opens but says your device is not recognised, use the option to identify this device. That links the device you are holding to your account.
5. 5If you are signed in and still not online, check that your plan has a free seat. A plan whose seats are all in use cannot take one more device.
